|  | In 2008 MPR started the first step of a program concerning the wear resistance of the compressor.
With the help of the French technical center CM2T a new surface treatment is now available as standart in relationship with the quality of casting. This surface treatment provides to the cast iron better properties of hardness and anticorrosion. This second feature is very important to improve the life time when the compressor is not working continuously.
Side Channel
For a lot of people that ancient technology og blowers is synonymous of low efficiency but very simple machines.
Nevertheless that technology was improved during the last 20 years. Keeping on their original qualities of simplicity and robustness, it was possible to achieve new applications where the investment cost must be cut.
MPR acquired this year the right to industrialize tha last generation of side channel machines from ICMM.
As wr can see on the figure underafter there are a large step of capacity between the common blower and that Regenerative Compressor Powerful and Agreeable (RCPA).
2009 is a new age for that machines, now the end user can choose a very attractive alternative between large volumetric and high speed centrifugal one. The RCPA achieves efficiency up to 60% and let them buy a flexible machine with a lot of benefits. |
| The control of the lubrication of the MPR machines is a very important issue.
In the majority of cases the MPR system simplifies oil circuit by the use of the same oil for the whole machine. That let the End-user able to minimize oil consumption.
Now, in 2009, MPR let the End-users of its machines able to have a friendly behaviour versus sustainable development. Our new oil is 4 to 6 times faster digested by natural environement. | |
